We coordinate baseline technical input from life support, acrylic, and theming specialists, testing the concept against real capacity and cost. Billed as a disclosed coordination fee, applied consistently regardless of which specialist is engaged.
Design Coordination
Once an architect is appointed, we protect what was agreed at concept from getting lost in translation. Independent design review throughout, without ever holding design authorship ourselves.
Procurement Review
Every supplier appointment involving your money goes through a formal tender with a review board, your own team plus ArcVigil as the technical voice. You decide. We hold no financial interest in the outcome.
Construction
Oversight
We combine scheduled site visits with remote oversight throughout construction, inspecting quality and workmanship against what was actually agreed, what is convenient to build. Continuous on-site presence is available where required, as an enhanced engagement.
Technical Commissioning
We independently verify that life support, water treatment, and critical systems perform to specification before anything opens to the public. Testing the facility, not just inspecting the paperwork.
Operational
Readiness
We build staffing models, SOPs, animal acquisition planning, quarantine, and training, running alongside the final stages of construction so the facility opens ready, not scrambling to catch up.
